1. Bookings & Payments

All rentals must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

We accept secure online payments via approved platforms.

Final balances must be paid before delivery.

2. Delivery & Setup

We deliver, set up, and sanitize all rental equipment before your event.

You must ensure there is a clear, flat space for equipment setup.

We are not responsible for delays due to blocked access or unsafe conditions at your location.

3. Rental Duration

Standard rentals are based on a set number of hours, typically 4–6 hours unless otherwise stated.

Additional hours may be added for an extra fee, based on availability.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made [X] days in advance may receive a partial or full refund (see Refund Policy).

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits.

Refunds will not be issued for events impacted by customer error or lack of preparation.

5. Responsibility & Safety

Rented equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times during use.

Customers are responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or lack of supervision.

Equipment must not be moved after setup.

6. Weather Policy

If severe weather is forecast, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit.

For safety reasons, rentals cannot be operated in high winds or heavy rain.

7. Liability

BOUNZ’S is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during use of our equipment. By renting from us, you agree to assume all responsibility and risk during your event.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
