Refund Policy
Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
- 
More than 7 days before your event: 
 Full refund or reschedule (based on availability).
- 
3–7 days before your event: 
 50% refund or free reschedule.
- 
Less than 72 hours before your event: 
 No refund. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability and weather.
 
 
- 
Weather-Related Cancellations
- 
If severe weather (such as heavy rain, lightning, or high winds) makes it unsafe to deliver or operate equipment: 
- 
You may reschedule at no extra cost. 
- 
If rescheduling is not possible, a full credit will be issued for future use (valid for 12 months). 
 
 
- 
No-Shows or Missed Deliveries
- 
No refunds will be issued if: 
- 
The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery. 
- 
The delivery/setup area is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable. 
- 
Cancellations are made after equipment has been dispatched or delivered. 
 
 
- 
Equipment Malfunction
- 
If equipment fails due to a fault of BOUNZ’S, and we’re unable to replace it in time: 
- 
A partial or full refund will be issued depending on usage duration and equipment involved. 
 
 
- 
Refund Processing Time
- 
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
