Delivery & Pickup Times

Delivery is scheduled in advance and coordinated with you prior to your event. 
- 
We typically deliver 1–3 hours before your event start time and pick up shortly after your rental period ends. 
- 
Setup and takedown are included with all bounce houses and large equipment.

Delivery Fees
- 
Local deliveries within [X] miles of our base location are free. 
- 
A delivery fee may apply for locations outside our standard range. This will be calculated at checkout or discussed during booking.

Customer Responsibilities
- 
To ensure smooth delivery: 
- 
Make sure the setup area is clear, flat, and free of debris. 
- 
Ensure an adult is present at the time of delivery and pickup. 
- 
Notify us of any obstacles (fences, stairs, pets, etc.) in advance. 
 
 
- 
Missed Deliveries
- 
If we arrive and no one is available, or the setup area is not ready, we may: 
- 
Wait up to 15 minutes before leaving. 
- 
Charge a return trip fee if we must come back later. 
 
 
- 
Weather Delays
- 
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons. We will notify you immediately and work to find the best solution.
